How your electronic ticket works

Order and pay online. Once your payment has been received and confirmed, your electronic PDF ticket with a unique registration code will be sent to the email address entered at checkout. Please check that your email address is correct.

For bank transfers, tickets are sent after the payment has arrived and been confirmed, rather than immediately after placing the order. If you buy multiple tickets, you will receive a separate ticket with its own code for each admission.

Present your ticket and registration code at the entrance to the main auditorium at Bio Central. Show it on your phone or bring a printed copy. Staff will check the code and admit you once the ticket has been validated. Each ticket admits one person.

Download your ticket before arriving and make sure the registration code is clearly readable. If you cannot find the email, please also check your spam or bulk mail folder.
